When we sync with your Shopify store, we may occasionally find that a product no longer appears in your Shopify product feed. We identify products by their Variant ID, which is the only guaranteed unique identifier in Shopify and serves as our source of truth. If we cannot find the variant ID that was previously associated with a product - it will be marked as “Disconnected.”
You can resolve this by re-syncing your product catalog or removing and re-adding the product marked as disconnected from your Lookbook. If you’re still having issues, reach out to your Client Strategy Manager for assistance.
